Macro interventions (organizational) are more effective than individual programs (micro) and studies confirm the rapid positive impact of strength and endurance training: 4 weeks of three-week half-hour sessions do positive well-being (+ 45%) and personal performance ( + 18%) while burnout factors such as mental distress (-22%), stress (-23%) and emotional exhaustion (-19%) decrease.  Exercise in the workplace improves health, satisfaction and retention while reducing healthcare costs.
